The Card registration and admission is free and released upon presentation of a valid identity document. The card is valid in all libraries belonging to the Library Network of Romagna and San Marino. To this end, any change of residence and domicile must be reported immediately to the staff of the Institute, under penalty of exclusion from the entrance to the library and access to services.


Mode:

• Access to Services of the State Library and Library Heritage is allowed only to those who are in possession of the card registration.
• Access to Reference Rooms / Reading and Research Areas is permitted only for purposes of reading, study, research and enjoyment of cultural activities.
• Entrance users are required to deposit in the lockers located in the Atrium, bags, folders, or other objects the introduction of which is expressly authorized by the staff of the Institute.
• Users upon request for authorization made to the staff of the Institute, can be introduced in the Reference Rooms / Reading, only for study and / or research: books, photocopies, laptop computers and / or other supporting materials consulting documents owned by the Library itself. The Library is not responsible in any case of objects or personal property introduced by users in local and / or deposited in the lockers.
• The services offered by the State Library and Library Heritage are free with the exception of the service of reproduction.

• damage, in any way, the heritage of the Institute.
• make signs or write, even in pencil, on the books and documents of the Library.
• disturb, in any way, the activities of study and work.
• smoking in the interiors of the Institute.
• consume food and drinks.
